How to Purchase
For Dealer/Resellers please click here
Direct
Credit
Please email us at sales@cellutronics.co.nz listing the product(s) you wish to purchase. We will then email you back with our Bank account details and quote the amount needed to pay. All you need to do is make payment by Direct Credit to our Bank account and advise when you have done so including where you want the products sent to. We will then send the products to you immediatley. If you wish you can also post us a cheque to our postal address shown below.
Courier Post or Parcel Post
Small antennas such as mag mounts are nomally sent by courier post with the larger antennas such as the Yagis sent by parcel post.
GST Tax Invoice
We include a GST Tax Invoice with all orders dispatched.
Credit Card payments not accepted
We do not accept credit card payments due to the difficulty in trying to use an electronic shopping cart. Electronic shopping carts are difficult to use with a wide product range and users often make mistakes when ordering products. This becomes unsatisfying to customers and increases our overheads in returning incorrectly ordered products. Credit card payments also typically incur a 4-5% user charge for both the purchaser and the vendor which therefore would increase the cost of our products to everyone.
Retail purchases can return product if not completely satisfied with performance improvement
For retail purchases we also offer a return money back policy if you find that when you try the product you are in anyway not satisfied with the performance improvement. We offer this because we are so confident with our products. Please feel free to refer to our testimonial page for some customer feedback on our products.
Can I speak to a technical person about my coverage problem?
Please email us your contact details and we will call you to discuss your application. Of course we prefer email because this means we can forward your question to the right person to answer, and we can answer it accurately in writing. Some questions require an RF Engineer to answer whereas others can be answered by a trained technican so you can appreciate it is more efficient for us to filter technical enquries rather than all enquires been answered by an on-call RF Engineer. Our resident expert Jerry has over 20 years in the RF industry.
Dealer or Reseller purchases
All you need to do is email us at sales@cellutronics.co.nz quoting a bonafide purchase order (PO) number and list the items you require. We will reply back to you noting we have received your order and when you should expect to receive it. To ensure fast delivery please include your address to where you want the products sent. Remember small items such as mag mounts are sent by courier, with Yagis being sent by parcel post. If you want Yagis sent by overnight courier please specify as courier to the South Island is $27 and to the North Island $10-25 depending on your location.
